If purchasing instock items without customization, expect your order to be shipped out within 72hrs of purchase, excluding weekend purchases.
If opting for a custom unit, build times are ESTIMATES and are constantly changing. They are NOT guarantees. The wait time for a product may change after you order your product. Everything is made by hand. If a prebuilt unit is not in stock then shipping times will vary, especially with the impact of Covid, Global Chip Shortages, and low workforces we're currently experiencing with product suppliers. This can have an affect on shipping times. Orders may only be cancelled for refunds within 72 hours of placing the order. Refunds WILL NOT be given for longer shipping times than quoted. This is due to having already purchased the items necessary to make your order. Once you receive your product the sale is final. I will service and cover any repairs within reason on all products. We are building and shipping items as quickly as possible. All custom builds are FINAL, as they are one off items that may not be restocked and sold. Tracking information will be emailed from the site when your order has shipped. You will not receive any updates from the time of order to shipping, unless something is specifically needed from you.
